Special arrangements: If you need special reservation arrangements, please contact your Panama Vacation Quarters representative or send an email to pvqoffice@yahoo.com 7 days before your arrival.

Payment options: Panama Vacation Quarters has several U.S. or Panama local payment options: check, credit card, direct deposit. When you make your reservation your Panama Vacation Quarters representative will discuss payment arrangements.

Payment policy: To reserve a particular week for your trip, we require a payment of 50% of the rental price to be sent payable to your Panama Vacation Quarters representative* (see below). This payment is non-refundable. The remaining 50% is due no later than 90 days before your trip date.

Cancellation policy: If for any reason you are not able to travel on your scheduled trip, Panama Vacation Quarters will work with you to try and reschedule your trip within 12 months for a week with availability within the same (or lesser) seasonal rate.

Security deposit: A security deposit is required by Visa or MasterCard upon checking in.  In the event the office is closed when you arrive, your deposit will be taken when the office re-opens.

No commercial activity is allowed on PVQ property without the prior approval of the management or owners.

Be respectful of your neighbor: The gazebo was built for your enjoyment. Please be courteous to all guests staying at Panama Vacation Quarters. Some guest may have an early morning trip planned. Please end all parties by 10:00 p.m. You are welcome to use the gazebo quietly after 10:00 p.m.
